Terms & Conditions — 7000dbt Platform Rules and Player Obligations

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, or using the 7000dbt platform — including its website at https://7000dbt.app, any associated mobile-optimised interfaces, and all features contained therein — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, together with the 7000dbt Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any additional game-specific or promotion-specific rules published on the platform from time to time.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the player) and 7000dbt. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must cease using the platform immediately. Continued use of 7000dbt following any published amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised version.

1.1 Language of Agreement

3. Account Registration & Verification

3.1 Accurate Information

You are required to provide accurate, complete, and truthful information at the time of registration. 3.2 One Account Per Person

Each individual may register and maintain exactly one 7000dbt account. Operating multiple accounts — whether under the same identity or different identities — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are detected, 7000dbt reserves the right to merge or close the duplicate accounts, void any associated bonuses, and withhold any winnings generated through the use of the duplicate account.

3.3 KYC Verification

Before processing any withdrawal request, 7000dbt is required to complete a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification of the requesting player's account. You may be asked to provide one or more of the following documents:

• A clear copy of your Bangladesh National ID (NID) card (front and back)
• A valid passport (biographical data page)
• Proof of address (recent utility bill, bank statement, or official correspondence dated within 90 days)

• 7000dbt does not charge any processing fee on standard deposits. However, your payment service provider may apply its own transaction charges, for which 7000dbt accepts no liability.
• All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted and will be subject to refund and investigation.
• 7000dbt reserves the right to request verification of any deposit source at any time.

4.2 Withdrawals

• Withdrawal requests are processed within two hours during standard Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6) operating hours, subject to KYC verification being complete.
• Withdrawals can only be made to a payment account registered in the same name as the 7000dbt player account.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests below this threshold will not be processed.

4.3 Currency

6.1 Random Number Generation

All RNG-based casino games on 7000dbt use certified random number generators that have been independently tested and verified for statistical fairness. 7. Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the 7000dbt platform. Engaging in any of the behaviours listed below constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:

8. Account Suspension & Closure

8.1 Voluntary Closure

You may request the closure of your 7000dbt account at any time by contacting our support team at [email protected]. Prior to closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be withdrawn to your registered payment method following completion of KYC verification where not already complete.

8.2 Closure by 7000dbt

7000dbt reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account, with or without notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or bonus abuse.
• Receipt of a court order, regulatory instruction, or law enforcement direction.

8.3 Effect of Closure

Upon account closure by 7000dbt for breach of these Terms, any outstanding balance — including real-money funds and bonus funds — may be forfeited at 7000dbt's discretion. Where an account is closed for reasons other than a breach (e.g., voluntary closure or regulatory requirement), real-money funds will be returned to the player following standard verification procedures.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the 7000dbt platform — including but not limited to the 7000dbt brand name and logo, website design and layout, software, text, graphics, images, icons, and game assets supplied by third-party providers — is the property of 7000dbt or its respective licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property law.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable licence to access and use the 7000dbt platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. You must not:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publish any content from the 7000dbt platform without prior written permission.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of any software used on the platform.
• Use 7000dbt's brand name, logo, or any related trademarks in any context without express written authorisation.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 7000dbt's aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or related to your use of the platform — whether in contract, tort, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your 7000dbt account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

7000dbt shall not be liable for any of the following, regardless of whether such losses were foreseeable or 7000dbt had been advised of their possibility:

• Loss of profits, revenue, business, data, goodwill, or anticipated savings.
• Indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the platform.
